As you are probably aware by now, we absolutely love multicultural weddings. It’s so interesting to see how two cultures are merged into one big day (or multiple) with the main factor the love between the couple. Today we have the beautiful wedding of Judy and Tobi at Eighteen Ninety Event Space in Kansas City. With multi clothing changes throughout the day, this wedding is full of beautiful colours!
Big thank you to Wisdom-Watson Weddings for sharing this wedding with us! Judy shares how herself and Tobi made their day meaningful: “Magenta is the color of royalty and also signifies our commitment to God and God’s commitment to us as his children. Gold signifies the riches of life, which we find in our faith in God.
The historic home has character and is in such great shape, which indicates how much it was cherished. The hall has a combination of elegance and charm, along with amazing natural light. The barn reminds me of the small town in Texas where I grew up. And the outdoor setting is freeing and peaceful; I cannot imagine getting married in a better place.
We have wooden paintings featuring meaningful Scriptures, such as one about a cord of three strands, which symbolize the groom, the bride, and God. A cord of three strands is much stronger than a cord of two strands, which is more prone to break.”
