You don't need to survive on lemonade! Our friends at Thomas & Evans have shared some top alcohol-free cocktails for you and your guests to enjoy.

T&E Bellini

Ingredients

35ml Cherry puree or cherry juice
50ml Moroccan Mint tea*
50ml Thomas and Evans No.1 plus extra to top up
4 Sage leaves
Dried sage leaf, to garnish
Garnish with a dried sage leaf

Method

Brew 5g of Moroccan mint tea in 160ml of boiling water for 3 minutes and strain. Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass, add in the sage leaves. Stir without ice for 5-10 seconds. Strain through a sieve into a champagne flute, top with additional T&E No.1 and place a dried sage leaf to garnish.


Bitter Sweet Spritz

Ingredients

10ml Lime juice
25ml Pomegranate juice
A tablespoon of grapefruit marmalade
Thomas and Evans No. 1, to top

Method

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add cubed ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Unseal the tin, strain the contents into a wine glass, add cubed ice and top withT&E No.1. Garnish with a strip of pink grapefruit peel.


T&E Rose Collins

Ingredients

20ml Lime juice
20ml Strawberry syrup
75ml Rose Pouchong tea
Thomas and Evans No.1, to top

Method

Brew 5g of Rose Pouchong tea in 160ml of water for three minutes, and strain. Pour all the ingredients into a high ball glass, and add cubed ice. Churn with a bar spoon or fork for 5-10 seconds. Garnish with half a strawberry on the rim of the glass.


Zero Proof Cooler

Ingredients

100ml Kale, apple and lime Juice
Thomas and Evans No.1, to top

Method

Place 5 basil leaves into the bottom of a wine glass. Pour in 100 ml of kale, apple and lime juice. Add cubed ice and top with T&E No.1.


T&E Grapevine

Ingredients

1 Punnet of green grapes
5ml Ginger cordial
125ml Chilled Thomas and Evans No.1

Method

Make grape juice by blending the grapes and straining the juice from the pulp. Pour 75ml of the grape juice with the rest of the ingredients into a wine glass. Garnish with a handful of frozen grapes.
